The 2022 Nuits d’Enfer is fruit-forward, bursting with dark red and blue fruit aromas and flavors: full, ripe blueberry, cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and dark plum. On the palate, fruit flavors marry together with baking spice and a touch of vanilla, tasting like a mixed berry pie. The mouthfeel is rich and full, with a long lingering finish and smooth tannins. The ’22 Nuits d’Enfer would be delicious served with garlic and rosemary grilled lamb chops. Only 98 cases were produced. Recommended consumption now through 2030.
