The 2023 Estate Pinot Noir is a delightful balance of soft red fruits and spice. On the nose, violets, strawberry, dark cherry, plum, and raspberry are layered with baking spice. The acidity in the Pinot Noir marries nicely with the soup while complementing the savory notes.
