The final session this will be held Friday, October 25th from 11:30am-1:30pm with the discussion focus on the decision making that is done in the vineyard with grape sampling, the effect that weather has leading up to and during harvest, and post-harvest maintenance in the vineyard. We will also talk about our very first late-harvest Charbono - and you will get to be apart of the grape stomp for this wine! After our hard work we will enjoy a vertical tasting of our Charbono and finish off with a picnic lunch by Chef Sergio.
We will begin with a short walk through the vineyard for our discussion so please wear comfortable shoes. For those choosing to participate in the grape stomp please be prepared to take off your shoes, have squishy wet feet, possible chilly weather, etc. Frances will follow up with more details closer to the date to prepare.
Vineyard Grower Frances Calderon and Winemaker Jonathan Houston will answer all your vineyard and winemaking questions. Each series will include a picnic lunch and a paired wine tasting. We look forward to closing out this season with you!

• Candles are made in recycled wine bottles and will burn roughly 60+ hours.
• There will be 4 scent options to choose from - Blood Orange, Sea Salt & Orchid, Champagne Toast, Tahoe Basin, and Barrel Room.
• The class will last 45-60 minutes and includes instruction and materials.
• Enjoy a 4-wine tasting flight of Sarah's Vineyard wines and light snacks while working on your candle.
• Candles should be ready to take home around 8:00pm. We welcome you to bring a picnic dinner/snacks to enjoy while you wait. Wines will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle while waiting for the candles to complete. Alternatively, candles can be picked up at a later date.
