Sarah’s Vineyard Wine Clubs

Thank you for being an integral part of our winery! S.V. Wine Club members are our true V.I.P.s – your friendship and support are important to us. Please email wineclub@sarahsvineyard.com or call 408.847.1947 anytime with any questions or requests regarding your S.V. membership. 

Terms and Conditions

Club shipments occur four times a year (February, May, August, and November). At delivery, they must be signed for by an adult age 21 or older. We strongly recommend having your wine shipped to a business address. Club shipments are charged automatically to your credit card about a week before they're shipped or available for pick up.  

Depending on your club selection and quantity, your quarterly shipment, with members’ discount, will range from (plus applicable tax and shipping charges):

3 bottles: $75-$128      6 bottles: $154-$246   12 bottles: $288-$492

Pick Ups: We will gladly hold your wine for 90 days from the quarterly release date at our tasting room for personal pick up. After 90 days, the wine will be shipped to your address on file and shipping charges will apply. It is the member's responsibility to keep us updated on current addresses and information.

Shipping: We are pleased to provide a reduced shipping rate for our members – please ask about current costs. State laws regarding wine shipments change frequently; ask us if we can ship to your state. Keep us current with your delivery address; extra charges for misdirected shipments are the customers' responsibility. For members outside of California, we may delay shipping the summer club wines until hot weather abates.

Returns: Wine is a perishable product and as such, cannot be returned. In the rare event that a bottle of Sarah's Vineyard does not meet your expectations, please give us a call. We will do everything we can to make it right.

Substitutions: We do not offer customized club selections at this time. We understand that you may prefer certain wines over others, but we encourage you to try the wines that have been hand-picked by our winemaker – they are limited production releases and many are available exclusively to wine club members. 

Cancellations: Requests to cancel your membership can be made after you have received two shipments. After that time, and prior to the next scheduled shipment, please contact our tasting room at 408.847.1947 or via email at wineclub@sarahsvineyard.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Referral Bonus: We want to reward our members for spreading the word about Sarah’s Vineyard. If you get a friend to join, we'll thank you with a bottle of your choice (some exclusions apply). Please make sure the friend adds your name in the “Referred By” line on the enrollment form or enters your name in the “How Did You Hear About Us?” box on the website.
