The final cepage was 61% Roussanne, 17% Grenache Blanc, 17% Clairette Blanche. & 5% Picpoul Blanc.
Freshly sliced apples and white peach aromas, with a touch of minerality and a lemony flavor of sunshine. Goes great with oysters on the half shell.
