2013 Nuits d'Enfer



A legendary local's-only Merlot blended with Charbono and Cabernet Sauvignon. Lots of berry cherry aroma and flavor, with a darker moodier complex finish showing smoky cocoa, black pepper and allspice. A great match for pork, perhaps braised pork belly with rhubarb glaze. Very limited supply.
